TRAIN WITH PURPOSE, BE CONSISTENT, GET AMAZING RESULTS!


One of the most important things you can do for yourself is take care of your body. We see it every day as America stands as the fattest nation in the world. In fact, the Presidential Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition (PCFSN) has recognized this as an epidemic that needs to be addressed immediately. The White House has launched a challenge to get the more than 300 million people in America moving. The goal is to begin or maintain a healthy lifestyle by engaging in moderate to intense physical activity for 60 minutes a day, five days per week, for at least 6 weeks. This is truly a formula for success no matter if you’re an accomplished athlete or someone who wants to stay in great shape. Think about that for a second; 1 hour a day, 5 days a week…that is dedication! Anyone could get amazing results sticking to a plan like that.


Staying in shape is inspiring and motivating for yourself as well as those you come in contact with every day. I’m fortunate that I get to help individuals make lasting changes for a lifetime. I have beginners seeking the guidance to finally step into a world they have felt far removed from, only to come out of the experience renewed with boundless energy and a much different outlook on life. Of course I also have advanced athletes who are always looking to better themselves by learning new techniques and finding ways to take it to the next level. The fitness section is for you to use in good health. Obviously you wouldn’t be here if you weren’t dedicated to creating the best version of yourself. I know the importance of getting the most results from your valuable time spent in the gym. That alone motivates me to keep this section growing as I add more workouts and training techniques over time. Use what works for you, leave out what doesn’t, and above all…let’s get to makin’ muscles!
